About Wenhao
I am currently a graduate student in the Human-Computer Interaction program at the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). I spent my previous career in the field of Higher Education supporting student success until I realized the impact of good user experience on everyday lives of students and education practitioners. As Gandhi said: “Be the change you wish to see in the world”, I followed my passion for user experience and changed my career from Higher Education to UX design.
I am intrigued by human behaviors especially in interactions with technology and empathetic with people who struggle with bad product designs. I strive to narrow the gap between people and technology with UX designs that are easy to use, effective, efficient, and engaging. I am excited to be part of a community for positive changes in our society and people’s lives!
